I've been following these bracelets for a while now ever since I saw Kanye West wearing them in the video for Otis and now the time is almost here. The Jasper Bracelet is set to be released exclusively on rsvpgallery.com as well as the flagship store in Chicago on November 8th. Although a price has yet to be announced, I'm almost positive you can expect to have to break the piggy bank to get your hands on these gems. Expected to come in a variety of colorways such as Red, Blue, White, Green, and Black, the bracelets are comprised of primarily gold and silver accents on a basic leather band which is pretty reminiscent of the now classic Hermes Collier De Chien bracelet but thinner.

Come tomorrow, October 1st, Kanye West will become the 1st rapper in history to debut a full season's collection at Paris Fashion Week. Despite rumors that he's been rejected at several high profile fashion shows in Paris such as Alexander McQueen, Louis Vuitton, and Balmain, 'Ye isn't letting that slow down his design mojo. He's set to debut a women's wear line for the Spring/Summer 2012 season and the fashion blogs are running rampant about what to expect from the self proclaimed "Louis Vuitton Don".

While Kanye's been known to be a fashion icon, a lot of people are wondering whether he has what it takes to actually pull off a full collection after the collapse of his much-hyped first clothing line, Pastelle, which never saw the light of day.

The House of Louboutin is definitely kicking things into high gear as we steadily approach the fall season. Over the weekend, they unveiled their newest sneaker creation; the Christian Louboutin Alfie sneaker. If you were expecting spikes to be all over these kicks, you're sadly mistaken! Seen above in a black colorway with gold accents along the front of the shoe, the sneakers are made of velvet sides with a patent leather gold toe box with corset-style laces literally starting from the toe up towards the top of the shoe with a black water snake print, black leather buckle in the back engraved with the Christian Louboutin insignia. The white version (seen below) entails corset style laces that run from toe to ankle combined with a multi-color glitter york. Brace yourself though, these will cost you from $895 - $995 and there is already a waiting list for both of them. For now, indulge yourself after the jump for more pictures of these babies.

I love the fact that these take a different approach to the traditional design of a sneakers but I'd rather opt for the white with gold accent and glitter. To me, they stand out more and make much more of a stronger statement when you walk into a room with them on your feet.

If you follow G.O.O.D. Music rapper Pusha T via Twitter like I do, you'd know that he's quite the fashionisto. He's been spotted in everything from Opening Ceremony, Lanvin, Christian Louboutin, and Christopher Kane just to name a few (and if you didn't know, he and his brother Malice started a clothing apparel company, Play Cloths). I've been on a little twitter break for the past few days taking peeks at my public timeline here and there. I logged on today and got a random tweet from a user who sent me a link to his Facebook fan page and needless to say, I was surprised by what I stumbled on...this guy has TALENT. Based out of Louisville, Kentucky, Curtis Anthony is a self-taught wire sculptor who takes pride in his work. The art society can be a fickle society where the knowledge base of art for some folks only spans the overly famous Mona Lisa or painting of the late great Pablo Picasso or the late Jean-Michel Basquiat but after glancing at some of his work, Curtis is definitely aiming to change that.

According to his Facebook fan page, his mission is plain and simple; "to preserve the true essence of what wire can transform into with an emphasis on detail and consistency as the standard." The keyword in that statement being DETAIL...I can definitely see where he's going with his take on art sculpting some key pieces that we're all familiar with. Take a look at some of his work below:

I've always been a fan of art and different ways of expressing it. Not to mention that he sculpted one of the greatest sneakers of all time (Converse) and pretty much brought them to life with excellent detailing and precision. Curtis has a great career ahead of him and I'm officially a fan.

Its been a slow week but that didn't stop some of your favorite celebs from showing off the latest and greatest in fashion. Check below for my rundown of the 5 best looks (in my opinion, of course) of the last week!

First up is ANTM winner Eva Marcille who always looks her best when she steps out in public. Here she is at the launch party for Pharrell's Qream Liquor in California last week rocking a Tunic from Top shop paired with what looks like a studded black clutch purse and Christian Louboutin Mago Pumps from their Spring/2011 collection. Simple, yet it looks great on her honey brown skin. Gotta love Ms. Marcille.

Next up is Justin Bieber who was spotted on the red carpet of the ESPYS Award Ceremony last week in California rocking "all black everything" from head to toe paired with the new Christian Louboutin Pik Pik Sneakers from their Spring/Summer 2011 collection and the celebrity favorite YSL Logo Belt. I'm loving the fact that the looks is age appropriate for the bieber kid but also suitable for an award ceremony with a little bit of edge. Smart move on the part of his stylist!

Third is the homie Pusha T who's been on a performance blitz lately thanks to the Heineken Red Star Access Tour that he's currently serving on. He was seen in Atlanta last week tearing down the stage in a Christopher Kane Dreamy T-Shirt, Ralph Lauren Cargo Pants, and a sick pair of Christian Louboutin Louis Spike Sneakers from the Fall/Winter 2011 collection in a Brown Suede colorway.

Fourth is a Pusha T again who was spotted on the "green" carpet of the Heineken Red Access Tour that made a stop in Miami back in early July. Pusha is seen above in a Lanvin Ribbon Trimmed Jacket, what looks like a light grey Balmain T-shirt, black denim jeans, and Christian Louboutin Denim Louis Sneakers. What I love about the look is that its laid back and casual but not forced and I think he achieved the look he was going for.

Lastly, we have Mr. Matt Kemp of the Los Angeles Dodgers (baseball) who was arguably the best dressed at last week's ESPY's Award Ceremony (next to Serena Williams of course). In the above photo, his stylist decked him out in a custom Waraire Boswell double breasted suit accessorized with a Yves Saint Laurent tie and a pair of Lanvin lace-up shoes. Easily the best dressed male of the night by a landslide if you ask me unless you wanna count this guy in the lineup

Consisting of the basic essentials that every guy should have in his closet, Cavi really nailed it this time around with eye catching Blazers, button up shirts, vests, and suits. One thing that really caught my eye was the attention to detail that was paid when constructing the blazer jacket with the Cavi Logo Crest on the left breast pocket; a definite comeback trend for the upcoming Fall/Winter season that's steadily approaching us.

Marcus Troy x The Mavericks Project Bespokes AF1's

The long awaited pictures from the Mavericks Project Bespoke Session created by blogger Marcus Troy and 2 lucky winners of the Marcus Troy x Nike Maverick Project, Carlos Sanchez and Timothy Rodrigues. Back in early June, I posted a video of the trio brainstorming during the creative process of coming up with the overall look of the sneaker (click here if you missed it) with the end result being a perfectly created, one of a kind shoe crafted by the imagination of three individuals.

"The three of them decided on using waterproof wool for the upper, leather for the tongue and Kevlar detailing. “The shoe was meant to look grown” says Carlos Sanchez, one of the winners of the experience. Tim commented that he wanted the shoe to be classy and original. Total of 3 shoes were designed for The Marcus Troy Experience Bespoke session. Each shoe is personalized on the dubre with the name of the winners."

With Vincent Tsang behind the camera, he snapped beautful shots of the sneakers in all of their glory. There's no word on whether or not these will be available via retail but in the meantime, check below for more pics of the shoes and video footage of Marcus giving us the back story on its inception.

Even though I own a pair of Louboutin Sneakers (studded Louis), I'm always looking for new pairs and it seemed that Mr. Louboutin was reading my mind when I saw he released a photo of the newest version of the Louis sneakers featuring Python skin as the main attraction. In an black colorway, the Python Louis sneakers is definitely something you wear when you wanna make a statement as soon as you step into a room. Of course, the signature red sole is an added bonus to make someone envious of you. Be prepared to break open your piggy bank though, they'll set you back $1,495 when they're released on July 29th.

The Fly 5: 6/26 - 7/2 Edition

It's been a quiet week on my end but some of your favorite celebrities were spotted out and about rocking the latest and greatest in fashion.....LET THE COUNTDOWN BEGIN!

First is one of my rap idols, Jay-Z, who was spotted last week in London heading to Beyonce's 4 album release party rocking Persol sunglasses, a Balmain military cotton shirt, G-Star Rovic surfer camo shorts, and a pair of Adidas Originals Superstar 2.0 sneakers. If there's one thing that I love about Jay's sense of style is that it's age appropriate. You'll never catch him wearing something baggy or sagging.

Next up is G.O.O.D. Music rapper Pusha T and Odd Future front man, Tyler The Creator on the set of Pusha T's new video Looking for Trouble. In the picture above, their sporting a Givenchy double tank top, Naked and Famous black denim jeans, and charcoal gray Balenciaga sneakers. In a separate scene, their sporting one of Tyler's signature looks which consists of a Supreme snapback cap, American Apparel T-Shirts, and Vans Authentic Royal Sneakers in Blue.

Third is one of my left over looks from last week's BET Awards by Kevin Hart. While politely roasting R&B singer Ne-Yo, Hart was on stage rocking a dope smokey gray denim Jean & Jacket combo paired with a basic black t-shirt. Although I'm still unsure of who the designer is, the entire outfit definitely spoke volumes and the fit was perfect. When I find out who designed it, I'll be sure to let you know.

Kelly Rowland looked good as ever as she exited the auditions for the X-Factor: UK wearing a tangerine colored dress from Victoria Beckham’s Spring 2011 collection paired with blue Christian Louboutin Daffodil Platform Pumps. More and more I'm starting to see that Kelly Rowland is coming into her own from dropping Matthew Knowles as her management up to "Motivation" burning up the Billboard charts!.

Lastly, we have a leftover look from the 2011 BET Awards last week courtesy of Diggy Simmons who was spotted on the green carpet wearing a Josephus Thimister motorcycle jacket, what look like black harem pants, and a fresh pair of Pierre Hardy “Discorama” sneakers (mind you, there are only 500 pairs of these sneakers in the world so that should tell you how exclusive these sneakers are). In my mind, Diggy is a younger version of Pharrell in the way he expresses himself through his music and fashion!

The Fly 5: 2011 BET Awards Edition

So, the BET Awards took place last night and it was definitely a sight to see but what I think a lot of people were upset at was the "green carpet". The majority of the celebrities present looked completely washed on the carpet but I'm sure some celebrity stylists were able to increase their clientele; there definitely a few who definitely made statements! My top 5 are below and feel free to add your own list in the comments!

First off is Lala Vasquez-Anthony who I thought looked the best out of everybody in attendance. She was spotted rocking a Tom Ford dress from his Spring/Summer 2011 collection which Beyonce modeled back in late December of 2010.

Next up is Kelly Rowland who stole the show performance wise last night and definitely light up the carpet before it. She hit it rocking a pink Marchesa gown that hugged her body in all of the right places. If you missed her performance last night, click here!

Arguably one of the best dressed men of the night definitely goes to Diddy and the ladies of Dirty Money who looked HOT decked out in all white. Diddy graced the green carpet in a white tuxedo by designer Tom Ford that was perfectly tailored and accented it with black dress shoes and a black tie while the women of Dirty Money followed suit (no pun intended) in all white ensembles. I think it's an unwritten rule somewhere that whenever you're at an upscale event in L.A. that you must wear white LOL.

My forth look goes to Big Sean who lit up the red carpet rocking a pair of Air Jordan 3 in a Black/Cement colorway, black trousers, a Balenciaga graphic print t-shirt, a dope blue Zara plush blazer jacket and topped everything off with his signature Detroit Lions snapback cap with snakeskin detail thanks to pal Don C. My only concern with this look is the sagging of the pants; I know Sean has a certain swag he exudes but I was hoping he'd kinda fix that up a bit. Nevertheless, he killed the look. Props to Sean!

and my final look of the night goes to my girl Eve who looked dope on the pre-show as well as the green carpet posing in a Thomas Wylde leather vest with an embellished golden floral print all over it, leather zip pants (though I thought it was a bit too hot for all of that leather), and some suede booties. Now if only that album would follow suit......#IMJUSTSAYIN

LET'S GO FOLKS.....The Fly 5 6/12 - 6/18 Edition starts now!

First up is Tinie Tempah who showed up last week at the Keep A Child Alive Black Ball 2011 at Camden Roundhouse in London, England in a well cut double-breasted black tuxedo and a dope pair of Christian Louboutin Rollerball Spike Loafers from their Spring 2011 collection. Simple and classic and the loafers give the entire look some serious edge so props to Tinie for giving a clean look for the night!

Up next is Ciara who looked good as ever last weekend in Las Vegas at Chateau Nightclub & Gardens for a special performance for everyone in attendance. She rocked a crop top with a matching cropped leather jacket, body hugging denim dark blue jeans and a mean pair of Christian Louboutin 100 Studded Pigalle Pumps.

Next up following Ciara is a newbie to The Fly 5, Justin Bieber, who was spotted last week at Scooter Braun’s 30th birthday party rocking a fresh Balmain Silver Sleeve Bomber Jacket from the Spring 2011 collection with a black YSL Logo t-shirt while his mentor Usher was snapped in a chic crocodile leather jacket and a basic black t-shirt. Dope looks on both dudes!

Here we have Lady GaGa rocking a fresh silk shirt from her new video, The Edge of Glory. It was reported that Lady GaGa rocked ALL VERSACE EVERYTHING for this video and got special permission from Donatella Versace herself to wear pieces from the Versace vault. She's the only person to have access to the Versace archives ever since the death of Gianni Versace since his death back in 1997.

Lastly, we have Beyonce who looked hot as hell as she graced the cover of Dazed & Confused Magazine. The full spread leaked online not too long ago and she was snapped wearing everything from Tom Ford and Gareth Pugh to Marc Jacobs and Riccardo Tisci. Don't forget her fourth studio album, 4, hit stores next week on Tuesday, June 28th!

Hot or Not: Chanel Palette iPad Case

It seems like high-end designers are getting swept up in the iPad fever so much that they can't help but design pieces for arguably the hottest gadget of the year, the iPad 2. Chanel comes through with this new iPad case for iPad users from their soon to be released Chanel Palette Collection. The case features silver metallic calfskin on the outside while the inside is lined with a soft pink leather skin.

I think the case overall is pretty dope (not the biggest fan of the colors but it's hot nonetheless), but I would much more prefer the Chanel Quilted iPad case that was released back in September of 2010 (see below) because it's not too feminine but not too masculine either making it the perfect unisex leather good.

It seems like Mary J. Blige is trying to channel her older being in this new tracking featuring Young Money starlet, Nicki Minaj. Feeling Inside is said to be the official single from her upcoming 10th album,My Life Too, The Journey Continues slated to hit stores on September 20th. Personally, I think the song is HOT but I'm sure they'll be folks who'll automatically compare it to Blige's 1997 hit, I Can Love You, featuring Lil' Kim. As much as I admire the pure talent that is Beyonce, I haven't been really fond of any of the songs that I've heard so far off her upcoming album, 4. Music head honcho Kanye West. Watch the video below:

Notice that Kanye is rocking those custom snake-skin Snapback caps thanks to his pal Don C while Big Sean was spotted rocking a similar snapback cap, his gold Balmain belt (gifted to him by Kanye West) with a pair of Air Jordan 5 (V) Retro LS – Grapes (White / Emerald Green – Grape Ice).

In 2010, Canadian blogger Marcus Troy got a one-of-a-kind opportunity to design his very own pair of Nike Air Force 1 sneakers (probably any true sneaker head's dream come true) with the folks over at the Nike Sportswear store on 21 Mercer Street. This time he took a bit of a different approach; he invited readers of his popular blog to share intimate stories of themselves as part of the Marcus Troy x Nike Maverick Project. Two lucky entries were chosen to design a pair of sneakers with Marcus. Carlos Sanchez and Timothy Rodrigues were the two winners of this initiative. These two individuals were brought down to New York City to work with Marcus Troy on some Bespokes.

The homie A11en0 over at Upscalehype.com posted these kicks a few moments ago and for some reason I just can't seem to take my eyes off of them! I'm still a bit skeptical of high-end luxury designers making sneakers but Balenciaga hit the nail right on the head with this creation and apparently Pusha T of The Clipse feels the same way (see below) as he rocked these kicks last week at the Heineken Red Star Access G.O.O.D. Music Tour in Brooklyn, NY.
